How to place an order

You can place an order in a few simple steps:

1 Pick up the items you want
Select the groups of items you’re interested in one by one. You will be redirected to the webpage showing prices, image previews and several most important features of these items. Clicking the product model will display a detailed list of its attributes.

2 Add the items to the Cart
Choose the model you like and then click “Buy”. The selected item will be added to the Cart. You can add to the Cart as many items as you want.

3 Proceed to the Cart
Go to the Cart for checkout. View the contents of your order. Feel free to add or remove items in the Cart as needed.

4 Complete your order
Click “Complete my order” and then enter your contact details. After that, click “Submit my order” and wait for a phone call from our consultant who will check your order again and confirm it.

Payment methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and MIR bank cards.

To pay with your bank card, select the corresponding payment method when placing an order.

All bank card payments are processed on the bank’s payment gateway where you need to enter the following details:

  • Card type;

  • Card number;

  • Card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card);

  • Cardholder’s name (in Latin letters and exactly as indicated on the card);

  • CVC2/CVV2.

If 3D-Secure is enabled for your card, you will be automatically redirected to the authentication webpage of your bank. For more details on the two-factor authentication for your card, please contact your bank.

Online payments made through the bank’s payment gateway are secured by the international security certificate (PCI DSS). All payment data is transferred using the SSL encryption technology and cannot be captured by third parties.

Refunds

All refunds are made in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of the Consumers’ Rights”.

  • Consumers may ask for a refund at any time before they receive the purchased items, or within seven days after they receive the purchased items;

  • Products of good quality may be returned when their visual appearance and consumer properties are preserved and the document confirming the details of their purchase is available;

  • Consumers may not return products of good quality that have specific properties and thus can be used only by their purchaser;

  • If the consumer asks for a refund, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer under the agreement, except the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned products back from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer asks for such refund;

  • The returned products paid by a bank card must be refunded to the original card used at time of purchase. Refunds must be transferred within 1 to 30 business days.

*Personalized custom-made/hand-embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Termination of the service agreement

Consumers may terminate the service agreement in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of the Consumers’ Rights”.

  • The consumer may terminate the service agreement at any time by paying the contractor for the services already provided before the termination notice has been received and by reimbursing the expenses already incurred by the contractor in the course of the agreement fulfillment, provided that such expenses are not included in the payment for the already provided services;

  • If any deficiencies have been detected by the consumer in the provided services, the consumer may demand one of the following: free-of-charge elimination of such deficiencies; a discount; or reimbursement of expenses incurred by the consumer in the course of elimination of such deficiencies on their own or with the help of third parties;

  • The consumer may submit claims regarding the provided services within the warranty period or (when the warranty period is not established) within a reasonable period of time, but no later than two years from the date of acceptance of the provided services;

  • The contractor is responsible for the shortcomings of their services, for which the warranty period is not established, provided that the consumer proves that such shortcomings occured or were caused by events that occured before the acceptance of the services;

  • The returned products paid by a bank card must be refunded to the original card used at time of purchase. Refunds must be transferred within 1 to 30 business days.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped in 2 business days once your personal manager confirms availability of all ordered items.

Items will be delivered by the transport company of your choice to the nearest pickup point or door-to-door.

Your order must be paid in full before shipping.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

In Russia and the CIS, no try-ons or instant refunds are available for orders delivered by couriers.

Here are some tips and recommendations on how to keep your bank cards safe:

  • Take care of your bank cards just as you take care of your cash; Don’t leave your bank cards in taxis, restaurants, shops, etc.;

  • Never provide your full card number over the phone to individuals or companies;

  • Always keep the emergency phone number of your bank close at hand and call it immediately if your card has been lost or stolen;

  • Enter your bank card details only when you’re making a purchase and never provide them in other cases.
